We take the privacy of all our runners extremely seriously.  This site operates under this Privacy Policy, and any information you provide, is not distributed to any third party without your express approval.  Any information you provide is on the basis that it is being requested in good faith, and that you provide your information in a similar light - in good faith for the reasonable ongoing management of the running group.

We use online Google elements in the construction and ongoing management of our website.  Your information may be stored in our databases for the ongoing running of the group, and for the purposes not exclusive to, the social distancing elements of the groups operations.  In the event of an outbreak, the records we keep for social distancing purposes may be provided to health authorities for contact tracing if the need arises.

From time to time, photos may be taken before, during or after group running sessions/events.  These photos may be used for the group marketing and promotion of any such events and their future use in attracting other runners to the group.  Your participation in such photos at the time is an implied acceptance of this further promotion of the group.  No other personal details will be shared with any other third party without your express written approval.
